We want you to love your purchase from DIVINITY. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

 Return Eligibility

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- Sale items may be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

 How to Start a Return

- Email us at support@divineyz.shop with your order number and reason for return.

- We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Since we run limited, small-batch drops, we can't guarantee your requested size will still be in stock — if it's not, we'll process a full refund instead. Email us at support@divineyz.shop to request an exchange, and we'll let you know availability before you send anything back.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
